Horizon Properties: General

The General settings in Horizons Properties control the types of ribbons that are displayed, and allow you to select the horizons to display, and the order in which you want them displayed. Use the available and displayed lists to post multiple horizons. 

Enable Ribbons

Show 2D Seismic Ribbon: Indicates that 2D horizons should be shown on the map.

Show 3D Seismic Ribbon: Indicates that 3D horizons should be shown on the map.

Ribbon Parameters

Show depth horizons subsea:  Indicates that depth horizons are displayed in subsea. If this is turned off, the horizons are displayed in TVD.

Displayed Horizons List 

Select the horizons that you want to display on the Basemap. Left click to select a horizon, or use the Ctrl key on your keyboard to select multiple horizons, and then use the selection arrows to move the horizons to the Selected list. Alternately, you can move a single horizon to the Selected list by double clicking on it. Selected horizons can be ordered using the up and down arrows. When selecting multiple horizons, refer to the ordering list below the selection list.

Shallowest will use the smallest value of those that occupy the same bin location.

Deepest will use the largest value of those that occupy the same bin location.

Order Selectedwill use the ordering shown in the "Displayed" list. Horizons further up the list will take precedence over those that are lower on the list.

To help you make your selections, you can sort any column by left clicking on the column header, you can apply a filter (), or you can type a search string into the search bar to limit the list using Name, Type, and Owner information. 

For additional selection and navigation options, right click on the list to access the shortcut menu.

Show Amplitudes: Display both time and amplitude horizons in the Selected list.
